CSM Annual Conference
The conference registration fee includes all conference sessions, opening reception (Monday), CSM President's banquet (Thursday), and refreshment breaks.Please note that on site registration does not include the President banquet. Those who register on site have to purchase the President Banquet ticket in order to attend.Please retain the password you enter while registering for the conference, you will need it if you intend to submit an abstract. Once your registration payment has been processed for the CSM Annual Conference, you will be able to submit an abstract logging in with your User ID and Password. You will receive an email providing you with the URL and User ID.
