During the symposium there will be opportunities for poster and oral presentations for the conference registrants.
Please follow the instructions below when submitting your abstract.
Abstract Format: Title; List of Authors with presenting author name accompanied with an *; Affiliations for each author; Abstract Text.
The abstract text should contain a concise statement of
-
the problem under investigation, be sure to refer to the Symposium Objectives and Background text to ensure your abstract is relevant to the symposium content

the experimental methods used,
-
the essential results obtained, and
-
a conclusion.
Do not state, for example, that "the results will be discussed". An abstract is not a formal publication and therefore should not include literature references or grant acknowledgements, etc. Abstract text (without title) should be no longer than 3000 characters
Program and Abstracts of this Satellite Symposium will be prepared electronically. Abstracts will not be edited in any way. Thus, every error that appears in the submitted abstract will appear in the printed abstract. Abstracts will also be included in the Symposium Program Book .
Please submit your abstract as a text document via email to chrisk.yost@gmail.com. In the subject line of the email type “Abstract Submission”- followed by the Presenting Author Name. There will be a limited number of spots for oral presentations. Please indicate if you want your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation by typing “Abstract ORAL Submission” in the subject line.
For those registrants who are also attending the CSM Annual Conference your abstract can be presented at both events, however you will need to submit the abstract through the CSM Annual Conference abstract submission website for consideration for the CSM Annual Conference.
