Rooms have been blocked at the Frontenac and Leeds Buildings. Most of the rooms have been blocked at the Frontenac Building, while under 50 rooms are blocked at the Leeds Building.

Please note the following

You will need to bring with you an ethernet cable to connect to the internet, only cable internet connection, free of charge, available in both buildings.

You will be provided with a small face towel. It is recommended to bring your own bath towel with you.

Only the fridge and microwave will be functional. The stove/oven will not be available during the summer period.

The Frontenac building has 2 bedroom suites, while the Leeds building has 2 or 4 bedroom suites. Each two rooms share a bathroom. 2 bathrooms will be available in the 4 bedroom suites.

If arriving or departing on off hours, it is just a short cab ride to/from the hotel, approximately a $12 fare. Cancelation of the reservation has to be done at least 24 hours prior to arrival by 4pm. Check in at 2 pm and check out at 11:00 am. Please note only 20 rooms are blocked at the Days Inn Ottawa Airport.

Valet Parking:
Valet Parking is available for hotel guests only at a charge of $28.00 per day (subject to change) plus applicable taxes. As the hotel has a limited number of parking spots, there may be additional spots available for local attendees at a charge of $15.00 per day, on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be confirmed under the day of the meeting. There is parking available under the National Arts Centre and under the City of Ottawa building.
Restaurant Facilities:
We are excited to announce that our new restaurant & lounge, Grill 41 is now open. On-site Starbucks is also available for your favorite beverages and can be ordered through room service as well.
Pool and Fitness Facility:
The newly renovated fitness facility is accessible 24 hours a day and houses a stair climber, treadmills, bicycle, weight equipment, exercise mats, benches and a universal gym. A 50' x 18' lap pool, open from 6am to 10pm, is conveniently located adjacent to the gym area and comprises a therapeutic whirlpool bath and sauna. There is a maximum of 15 people in the pool at any time. Overcapacity will give cause for full closure of this facility.
Transportation:
The airport shuttle service is not currently available. Taxi cabs are readily available both at Ottawa International Airport and outside the Lord Elgin Hotel. The average cost for a taxi is $30 each way.
Smoking:
The Hotel is now completely smoke-free. Guest feedback has encouraged us to introduce a policy that will discourage guests from smoking in their guestroom. If you or any of your guests choose to smoke in a guest room a $300.00 cleaning fee will be levied against your room bill. Please be advised that this charge is also applicable to all of our meeting facilities.
